Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order AND before entering any personal information to Canadian Dog and Hunter. By placing your order you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed.
EXCHANGE:
All goods may be returned for exchange within 10 business days of receipt and must be shipped to our company address. Returned goods must be post dated within 10 days of customer receipt. All goods being returned must be shipped to our company address and in their original packaging. Items returned for exchange will be charged shipping when shipped back unless it is for a defective product, or an incorrect product shipment due to a Canadian Dog and Hunter error. Game calls may not be returned for sanitary reasons. Please be sure of your purchase selection before ordering.
PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS:Canadian Dog and Hunter reserves the right to make adjustments in pricing, shipping charges and product availability due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays, product discontinuation or backorder. All non-Canadian orders may have a discrepancy in charges from the printed confirmation order sheet compared to the actual charges levied due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Credit cards companies may charge administration fees above our charges which are beyond our charges and may also affect the total charge to your card. Certain specialty items may not be stocked and may be available dependent on distributor inventory levels. Product photos and descriptions may not be exactly as shown - they may be supplied to us for use by the manufacturer and may show options not associated with the base product. While we strive for accuracy, Canadian Dog and Hunter cannot be held responsible if products do not exactly match, nor do we have control over products being discontinued, color/camo changes or part number changes.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
All items ordered that are currently not in stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when in stock. All customer canceled orders must be received by email to cdh@nb.sympatico.ca or faxed to 1-506-847-4566 before the order is shipped or a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
PRODUCT USE:Canadian Dog and Hunter is NOT responsible for the improper use of any of the products it sells. Please check your local regulations carefully before ordering. Canadian Dog and Hunter is also is not responsible for any personal injury caused by proper or improper use of the products it sells. All personal injuries must be dealt with at the manufacturer level.

By purchasing through us you agree that you have read and fully understand all of the above conditions of purchase and that Canadian Dog and Hunter cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or for criminal charges laid against the purchaser for improper use of its retail products.
EMAIL, STORIES AND PHOTOS:
All emails, photos or material submitted to Canadian Dog and Hunter become the property of CDH and may be distributed, posted on the web site or printed at the discretion of CDH without the authors consent. By submitting an order or an email to Canadian Dog and Hunter, you fully and completely understand all of these terms and conditions and have agreed to them in full.
